Mrs.Indumini Dassanayake
BA (Hons) in English Literature
PGDip in TESL
My name is Indumini Dassanayaka and I am an English teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. I have B. A (Hons) in English & English Language Teaching and also I have PgDip in TESL. My passion is to deliver the language in a simple way which help the students to understand the practical use of the language. I was a teacher at Royal Institute International School at Hawlock Town for five years and then joined S'Thomas College, Mt. Lavinia where I taught more than 10 years. In addition to that I conducted classes at Sanug Institute of Education at Piliyandala which is my own Institute since 2013. It is a great pleasure to say that there are thousands of children who passed with excellent results in their English language Examinations. The knowledge that I deliver is useful for them not only to pass exams but also to face the world with confidence.
